Rob is an experienced sales, operations, workforce development, and education leader that disentangles the reasons for low performance. Rob communicates a congruent vision while removing barriers that lead to organizational frustration and employee amotivation. He received his BBA from Wisconsin Lutheran College, his MBA from Cardinal Stritch University, and his Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University where his research was on inner resources and amotivation in the long-term unemployed, and the ability to predict amotivation. He is an advocate for building the indomitable spirit in others by identifying programs and processes that increase intrinsic motivation.
